The MOLDEX 2300 and 2400 are P2 class particulate filters with an added exhalation valve reducing hot air build up in the mask. The valve also reduces the breathing resistance giving the wearer a more comfortable mask in elevated temperature environments.

 

The MOLDEX 2400 also has an added carbon layer that helps filter out nuisance levels of ozone and organic vapors.
